This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Fees

Monthly Print Club & Posters

Shipping is included in the listed product price.

Tracking is not included by default for poster purchases. Customers may choose to add tracking at checkout for an additional fee.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints are shipped with tracking. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout based on destination.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on production schedules, release cycles, or volume.

Monthly Print Club members will recieve their subscription within the first two weeks of each month.

All other products shipped local or international will be received within 7 to 20 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by the destination country

We are not responsible for customs delays, import holds, or additional fees charged after shipment.

4. Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

We are not liable for:

  • Postal delays

  • Carrier errors

  • Customs processing delays

  • Force majeure events

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged Goods

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If an item arrives severely damaged in transit, a replacement may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label must be provided

If approved, a replacement of the same item will be issued. Refunds will not be granted.
